Empowering Leaders, Professionals, and Organizations to Thrive
My passion for coaching was built through more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare, where I have led teams, developed future leaders, improved organizational cultures, and guided individuals through periods of growth and change.
As a Registered Nurse, healthcare executive, and leadership coach, I bring a unique combination of clinical expertise, executive leadership experience, and professional coaching training. Throughout my career, I have successfully led both clinical and operational teams across large, complex organizations, helping improve performance, employee engagement, retention, quality outcomes, and organizational effectiveness.
What I love most is helping people discover their strengths, overcome barriers, and reach their highest potential. Few things are more rewarding than watching someone gain the confidence, clarity, and skills needed to achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. Whether I'm coaching an emerging leader, guiding a professional through a career transition, or supporting an organization through change, I am deeply committed to helping others become the best version of themselves.
Some of my proudest accomplishments include:
Launching and scaling a new healthcare service line from concept to full operational execution in less than six months
Opening multiple practice locations simultaneously while building sustainable operational infrastructure
Reducing employee turnover by 25% through leadership development and succession planning
Achieving employee engagement scores in the top percentile through intentional culture-building initiatives
Improving quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and organizational performance through data-driven leadership
Today, I combine those experiences with professional coaching to help individuals and organizations achieve meaningful and lasting transformation.
I am a graduate of the Nurse Life Coach Academy and am eligible to sit for board certification as a Nurse Coach. In addition to my coaching education, I hold a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration with a healthcare focus. This combination allows me to blend evidence-based coaching practices with real-world leadership and business experience.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe that every person has untapped potential waiting to be discovered. My role as a coach is not to provide all the answers, but to help clients uncover their own strengths, gain clarity, and take intentional action toward the future they want to create.
Whether I'm coaching an executive leader, supporting someone through a career transition, fostering personal growth, or helping an organization strengthen its culture, my goal remains the same: to empower others to achieve their highest level of success, fulfillment, and impact.
My coaching approach focuses on:
Authentic leadership
Self-awareness and personal growth
Strategic goal setting
Resilience and adaptability
Accountability and measurable progress
Building healthy, high-performing cultures
A Personal Note
I believe leadership is not defined by a title but by the positive impact we have on others. Throughout my career, I have found my greatest fulfillment not in operational achievements, but in helping people grow, succeed, and realize their full potential.
Helping individuals discover what's possible for their lives, careers, and leadership journeys is more than my profession; it's my purpose.
Together, we'll unlock your potential, embrace new possibilities, and create a path toward the life and leadership you envision.
